Yoga Class
Strength and Balance
TSS is now offering Yoga Classes! We have the mats, just bring yourself. Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
This six-week course will introduce you to the world of Yoga and focus on the Sivanada method. The course meets for 40 minutes twice a week. You have the choice among the following morning and evening sessions:
9:00 AM – 6:30 AM (WF)
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (TR)
